The Hamilton Bank of Rossville, built sometime before 1940, will be the new American home base for my wife, Melissa Hefferlin, my son Timur Akhriev and myself. Heidi Hefferlin of HK Architects is watching over our efforts. I designed a new front door which was cut out of sheet steel, fabricated by Nathan and Wade at Set in Stone. Timur is painting the walls while I create mosaics for the entrance. The building has a new roof, which gives us time to proceed with repairs more leisurely. Here are some progress photos.
